By booking a service through Servo On Demand, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Servo On Demand provides home cleaning, maintenance, laundry, and errand services in BGC, Makati, Pasig, and Mandaluyong. Services are performed by trained Angels dispatched to your location.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Servo On Demand reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Prices are not displayed publicly; please contact us for a quote.

5. Access to Your Property

You agree to provide our Angels safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property requiring service. You are responsible for securing valuables and sensitive items prior to the appointment.

6. Liability

Servo On Demand takes reasonable care in performing all services. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our Angels, please report it within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.

7. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
